The Weldgrip Self-Drilling Steel Anchor System is designed for use in several applications, including tunnel repair and refurbishment and also slope and cliff face reinforcement. It provides the optimal solution for nailing, bolting, micro piling and as ground anchors for use in difficult ground and rock conditions.
The system comprises of high quality fittings matched to our seamless steel tube which is threaded to ISO 10208. The self-drilling system enables drilling and grouting of the anchor in one operation, making a saving in on-site and project time.

Weldgrip supplies a range of percussive button and crosshead bits, and rotary twin wing bits, for mines, tunnels, quarries and civil engineering applications. Extension and taper drill steels are produced from finest Sheffield steel to suit the present generation of high-powered rockdrills, and a range of bits is available in hexagon, diamond and turbine sections to suit all drilling conditions.

The Gopher drilling machine is marketed in UK and Europe by Weldgrip. It is a manually-operated low-pressure machine with a three-stage leg and an operational height range of 1.1 m to 4.1 m.
The Weldgrip Turmag is a lightweight rotary handheld machine for use with auger rods or turbine scroll steels. It has been developed to deliver maximum efficiency with safe and easy handling.

Weldgrip has developed a comprehensive downloadable brochure covering its full range of soil nails and rockbolts. These include threaded resin and polyester solid bar and tubes, with all accessories.

The lightweight, robust Weldgrip Portable Grout Pump Systems, which fit easily into the back of a small van or estate car, can be assembled and running within minutes. The double bin mixer unit enables high shear mixing whilst pumping, and is suited to anchor bolt grouting, soil nailing, foundation piling and void filling. The single bin mixer unit is suited to lighter duties. Both employ the new Weldgrip IDT grout pump together with an air monitor unit.

The lightweight, compact and robust Weldgrip RAM 250 and 120 Tension Jacks are suited to strand of 12, 15 and 18 mm-diameter.

The Weldgrip Strand Cropper will cut all sizes of pre-stressing strand up to 18 mm-diameter, and steel round bar or wire rope up to 20 mm-diameter.

Purpose-designed, electronically welded steel mesh panels are supplied in a wide range of sizes for roof and sides reinforcement in mining and tunnelling applications. Fibre mesh, which is easily cut to size, is also available in widths up to 5 m coated with PVC and fire resistant retardants.
