industry. The project nature and the dynamic of these industries

the cost efficient operation of their project by deploying temporary
staff. Our company is divided in four divisions: Maritime, Tunnelling,

Tunnelling division |

Our tunnelling division is the Manpower specialist for the industry.
We are specialised in deploying TBM specialists on a worldwide
basis. These specialists are experienced in working with all kinds
of TBM's and other tunnelling equipment in different ground conditions.
The supply of personnel can range from a single professional,
whether at short notice or planned, to complete TBM shifts.

We supply tunnel personnel with experience, covering all aspects
of tunnelling, including supervision, electrical and mechanical
maintenance, TBM assembly and disassembly, trouble shooting and
training, shaft sinking, TBM drives, handwork, NATM and safety
and inspecting. So, the people you work with are the best, committed
to creating perfect conditions for your tunnelling operations.
Due to the international structure of IPS,
we are able to organise the most cost effective crew for the client.
IPS' cross border activities also enables it to arrange such necessities
as accommodation, transport taxes, working permits and social
security matters. Our specific services include coordinating and/or
conducting interviews. |

 Finance division
IPS' flexible approach can often meet the individual needs of
employees within the salary scales given by the client. Our finance
division provides different payroll administration systems and
we ensure that all legal and legislative demands regarding taxes
and social securities are met.
Due to IPS' international character and extensive
experience in the field of cross-border activities, we are able
to advise on taxes, insurances, work permits, social security
obligations and union regulations in foreign countries.
Open calculation and fixed rate |
The deployment of our employees can be made on a fixed rate or an
open-calculation basis. The fixed rate is based on the net wage
paid to the employee. The open-calculation rate is based on information
supplied by the client. A standard mark-up to the total cost is
added for each employee. The open-calculation can include bonuses
or lodging allowances. The employee will only be paid extra upon
written confirmation from the client who will in turn be charged
at actual  cost plus the fee. The benefit of the open-calculation
is its simplicity and the mutual commitment of the parties involved.
Nationalities
The IPS worldwide network of offices and agencies enable us supply
personnel of different nationalities on an international basis.
With our clients we discuss the possibilities and benefits of the
employment of personnel with various nationalities. Outside Europe
we are able to supply Indonesian, South African, Indian and Baltic
employees on many different levels. Of course our employees will
all have required documents and certificates enabling them to work
legally on the job site. Our consultants carefully select these
employees. Due to our worldwide network of offices, we can also
arrange local interviews with selected candidates. |
