Our main specialization is the design and manufacture of tunnel segment moulds in addition to producing quality products by using top grade Korean steel, machined and fabricated by a dedicated and skilled workforce. Experienced in-house designers will realize segment designs to segment moulds that will operate effectively in pre-casting operations.   We also offer services for technical support for training of personnel for the operation, measuring and maintenance of the segment moulds at the initial stage or during the main production phase. Further support is available for maintenance and refurbishment of existing moulds including the dimensional and quality inspections.

Segment Production Plant

• Korea Mould is able to propose the best solution for segment casting production plant and equipments. We design and manufacture complete or component equipment for segment casting handling. We can provide design and technical support for new production plants or advise for the optimization of existing production facilities applying carousel or fixed unit casting systems. For post casting operations design and fabrication of segment handling devices such as lifting frames, turning mechanisms and vacuum lifting devices are available. All these items will be manufactured to meet international safety codes and standards.
