United States Washington - us/69 Seattle Road Cut-and-cover tunnel, 3.5 km-long, proposed along the central waterfront to replace the Alaskan Way viaduct damaged in the 28th February, 2001 earthquake. State of Washington and the city to decide early 2002 on one or more alternatives to undergo environmental study.
